Pronouns: she/her/hers
Everyone is looking for connection, healing and support. I believe you are good enough, you are strong enough, and I know you don’t have to do this alone.
You deserve to have peace and happiness, and you have an inner wisdom that will guide you to your unique answers. If we decide to work together, I will use my gentle, curious approach, my respect for the person you are, and my genuine caring for you as a whole person (mind, body and spirit), to guide your exploration of what your unique answers are to your problems.
Focus and Approach
Throughout my career I have worked with children, youth, adults and families to improve mental health and communication, deliver psychoeducation, and develop and support healthy connections.
My approach is rooted in compassion, respect for you and your experience, and the desire to help you manage your pain and find more joy, vibrancy and connection.
